What do you like best about the leadership team?
My direct leader is transparent.
The leadership team ensures full transparency and we consistently feel like we are involved in the changes going on in the organization. It's a breath of fresh air!

Nothing they should be fired but are sticking around for a potential big payout

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Relativity offers a competitive benefits package with some of the best healthcare coverage I've had in my years of tenure between organizations.
the base salary is competitive, the bonus structure is better than most, the benefits package is very competitive.
