our pay is significantly less than other companies and we pay way too much for health insurance that is mediocre

Smart, passionate individuals focused on the right things... our customers. Super supportive- almost politic free!
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Too busy worried about getting by to deal with others. Not a place to make friends so dont bother
i like my coworkers and do not think they need to improve

The team members and our ability to solve clients' needs. Constant innovation
