There are many opportunities to bond with coworkers outside of the lab.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is uplifting, but is always there to provide constructive criticism when needed. Working with my team is super fun and rewarding.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love to see my experiments succeed! I also like that I continue to learn every single day from the people around me.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very goal oriented, but at the same time realize you are a human and have limitations. The leadership team is very understanding and continues to try and make a welcoming environment for employees.
