Working at Remix has given me so much perspective on what it's like to work at a start up, and I have learned lessons that I will carry on throughout my career. I believe I made the best choice I could have when I decided to co-op here.

I am so happy to have gotten the chance to work at Remix! There is a great combination of autonomy and support professionally while also a balance of fun during work.

It has been a great experience. Strong science. Great investors.

They are very goal oriented, but at the same time realize you are a human and have limitations. The leadership team is very understanding and continues to try and make a welcoming environment for employees.

They are extremely driven leaders while also being caring and genuine people. They do not exude a sense of hierarchy and instead want the team to succeed as one.

There's always seemed to be a lot of transparency from the leadership about the state of the company and where the organization is heading. Even as a co-op I always felt like I was being kept in the loop.

I was brought back several times. Each time I met more people. I also was able to meet with my boss several times, so I really felt like I knew what this place was about and that I could work well with my manager.

I love to see my experiments succeed! I also like that I continue to learn every single day from the people around me.
