- What needs to change to make the company culture better?Replace HR. Update the employee handbook. That handbook still says that women have to show up in dresses/skirts and heels.
- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Co-workers are all lost Gen X people who can barely open a PDF file. Their conversations are usually very offensive and quite frankly stupid. They ought to go back to school.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Everyone including their clients and employees is replaceable. So you will not be valued.
