What are some of the best things about your team?Employees are great! Very friendly. Management is the issue

What needs to change to make the company culture better?Replace HR. Update the employee handbook. That handbook still says that women have to show up in dresses/skirts and heels.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Co-workers are all lost Gen X people who can barely open a PDF file. Their conversations are usually very offensive and quite frankly stupid. They ought to go back to school.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Everyone including their clients and employees is replaceable. So you will not be valued.
