How do you feel about Renovate America's future?
The outlook is very poor. Despite a review saying 'positive' Although you see from this site that the company ranks 1st, this is due to a time before things started going downhill rapidly in both terms of treatment of employees and very poor, ineffective management. Just look up the history of the people who run the place and you will see the future of RA. With lawsuits gathering, staffing being laid off in large numbers and a continuing downward spiral, do not buy into the 'cult' like sales tactics to get you onboard - it is all nonsense.
Positive.

Culture of fear despite the way they try to market it. Culture is akin to a cult. At least that's how managers push it.

What's the vibe like in the Customer Support dept at Renovate America? How many hours are you working?
Morale is extremely low given multiple lay-offs and ineffective, under-achieving management.
What's the Customer Support team like at Renovate America?
The front-facing staff are all amazing yet unappreciated and treated very badly, despite efforts to convince people otherwise.
How's the leadership on the Customer Support team at Renovate America?
The company is going through significant troubles at this time laying off a sizeable chunk of their workforce in the last year over several lay-offs. The situation is unlikely to improve and I would not suggest accepting a position here. Management is poor and planning, forecasting change is worse. One set of lay-offs were asked to come back as they had miscalculated their staffing requirements, only to be let go a few months later. There is a constant and large PR effort to convince people the place is worth working at but given that there is little stability, a slew of lawsuits and an ineffective management team, I would work here. The future of the company is far from certain given the above and other issues.
