What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our chief pilots are outstanding. Period.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Their mission statement is about attracting and retaining talent, but the pay is pathetic and the good people leave. They say they have a tuition reimbursement program, but I was told by my manager that nobody gets $ from Republic. They threaten to terminate you if you inquire about salary gaps.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They threaten to terminate people who inquire about salary differences in the same department. One thing is certain, employees are not happy about their pay and benefits.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Knowledgable, personable, skilled, and professional aviators.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There is a lot of back stabbing and it’s a junior high mentality. Managers give you poor evaluations to help them justify the low wages and low pay raises. But they don’t give so,I’d examples to back up their poor evaluations of employees.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Inflight training needs more supervision from people at headquarters. Managers should have to be on site 40 hours a week instead of phoning it in from home.

It would be nice if I wasn’t lied to about the hours I would be working and the lack of pay raises here.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Good employees are leaving to work for companies who treat them better and pay them better. The turn over rate is really high.
