What are some of the best things about your team?Knowledgable, personable, skilled, and professional aviators.
What do you like best about the leadership team?Our chief pilots are outstanding. Period.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Their mission statement is about attracting and retaining talent, but the pay is pathetic and the good people leave. They say they have a tuition reimbursement program, but I was told by my manager that nobody gets $ from Republic. They threaten to terminate you if you inquire about salary gaps.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?They threaten to terminate people who inquire about salary differences in the same department. One thing is certain, employees are not happy about their pay and benefits.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?There is a lot of back stabbing and it’s a junior high mentality. Managers give you poor evaluations to help them justify the low wages and low pay raises. But they don’t give so,I’d examples to back up their poor evaluations of employees.
