That I have one and I have had one since day one of employment. We all want more, more sales, more time off, more income, more compensation. We should never be 100% satisfied or we will become complacent.

Paid very well. Yearly raises...could have been more considering how much the company wastes
They don't pay a livable salary but work you all week long. Their benefits are bottom tier value.
Office personnel are ignored and not recognized for their hard work. If you don't sell, you don't matter. We deserve recognition too.

Sales jobs drive endless miles daily. It would’ve been nice to see a portion of mileage compensation, car insurance/car payment, or phone pay.
