They need to treat their workers like people and pay them a livable wage instead of giving all their money to the CEOs and VPs

What is the best part about your compensation package?
That I have one and I have had one since day one of employment. We all want more, more sales, more time off, more income, more compensation. We should never be 100% satisfied or we will become complacent.

Paid very well. Yearly raises...could have been more considering how much the company wastes
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They don't pay a livable salary but work you all week long. Their benefits are bottom tier value.
Office personnel are ignored and not recognized for their hard work. If you don't sell, you don't matter. We deserve recognition too.

Sales jobs drive endless miles daily. It would’ve been nice to see a portion of mileage compensation, car insurance/car payment, or phone pay.

Sales-wise, you’re mostly alone in your car. You’re expected to answer phone calls and emails, but no set check-in times which is nice.

The pay needs to go way up and they need to give their employees better health benefits
Everything. There is so much tension between departments. Way too much gossip

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
These guys called me in for an interview the day after Christmas. I drove 25 mins to get to this 2pm interview. To find out there no recollection of an interview for me. The receptionist was refusing to get a hiring manager to help me because she believed I was lying. Later realize that I was right
Treating their employees better will make them happy and work harder which will make the customers even happier
Organization was lacking badly. Employees would beg for raises/better health care/compensation, and company would say it wasn’t in the budget, yet we would see multiple new job positions being offered and hired that hadn’t existed before.
