These guys called me in for an interview the day after Christmas. I drove 25 mins to get to this 2pm interview. To find out there no recollection of an interview for me. The receptionist was refusing to get a hiring manager to help me because she believed I was lying. Later realize that I was right
Treating their employees better will make them happy and work harder which will make the customers even happier
Organization was lacking badly. Employees would beg for raises/better health care/compensation, and company would say it wasn’t in the budget, yet we would see multiple new job positions being offered and hired that hadn’t existed before.
