What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are good people now that the SVP Human Resources has been replaced.
They are strict with time management
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
yearly bonus on time. more pay for worker and needs sick pay to be different than vacation pay

They treat you poorly and cannot make up for it with compensation
getting paid more then $20/hr
What are some of the best things about your team?
On the team level we enjoy working with each other amd have fun but challenging projects to work on

I think we work well together
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people i work side by side with on a peer level.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
A shared vision and effective communication,
upper management needs to find their spines
Communication between corporate and the other companies would be appreciated.
