yearly bonus on time. more pay for worker and needs sick pay to be different than vacation pay

I get fired and cant collect un used vacation time i accrued... they have no idea what they r doing

They treat you poorly and cannot make up for it with compensation
getting paid more then $20/hr

A shared vision and effective communication,
upper management needs to find their spines

The HR and Recruiting do not follow up with candidates in timely manner

Bad cause we r always on credit hold , thats not how to run a buisness

Too much emphasis is placed on numbers and not enough on customer satisfaction.
