Comprehensive benefits package. Very competitive.

Do not get paid well. Work hard. Have a college degree can barely get by.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The people are helpful and are positive
They share best practices with peers and management, who listen.
Close knit, smart and very hardworking. We all support one another.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Culture is friendly, people passionate about helping our patients heal. CEO has an open door policy and really means it.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
They should pay their employees better and have better benefits.

The managers were positive and asked fair questions.
