They are not transparent about which technologies are learned and the cutoff is really high in early weeks. There is a steep learning curve. Expect to have Plenty of prior programming experience. Expect to teach yourself. In my opinion the curriculum is impossible to learn. Not for beginners.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better trainers, treat workers more fairly, longer training, higher pay of course. Less work hours. I work more than 80 hrs a week learning and completing projects with little to no help

There needs to be better trainers and better supervisors managing batches. It seems like it’s not a place at all where an employee treated like they belong. It’s competitive in terms of getting through the training. Most people have to self teach or already know the program that is u

This company can be improved if they were more transparent about what the training entails so people can get more prepared before. What is provided is just the tip of the iceberg. There is plenty more that needs to be learned and done. Obviously have more support for people that are doing Training.
