Very upkeeping and open to approach
The leadership can seem a bit all over the place and disorganized sometimes. The trainers are good and motivated but I have heard a few are very stressful.
They were all super friendly and ready to give us whatever resources we needed. They were also always asking for feedback. They may very well have been too helpful.
They are competent and encouraging. Leadership wants everyone to be successful along with the business and they have big goals for where this company is going to go.
Executive team is honest and have strong business acumen.
messaging, direction, clarity, support, growth plan
There needs to be better trainers and better supervisors managing batches. It seems like it’s not a place at all where an employee treated like they belong. It’s competitive in terms of getting through the training. Most people have to self teach or already know the program that is u
For something right out of college, it's everything I could have wanted. Insurance, increasing pay, room for growth and relocation.
Strong base salary with adequate bonus plans
Better trainers, treat workers more fairly, longer training, higher pay of course. Less work hours. I work more than 80 hrs a week learning and completing projects with little to no help
Insurance benefits aren't the best; deductibles are high and there's coinsurance on top of that. There's also no match for 401k and no other fringe benefits to speak of.
We're usually all on the same page, so everyone is willing to help out of someone isn't. Very inclusive.
We are very helpful when one person needs help. Everyone is nice.
Everyone is positive and want to contribute to the company. You can tell everyone wants to help be successful and it results in a very positive environment.

Work life balance and understanding Top Management
I already kind of answered this one so here's a different answer, everyone is always excited about what they're doing, even if it's difficult. There's a big culture of "how can we do this better?" and it spreads.
There's a lot of encouragement and support for you to do your best. A lot of friendships and fun together as a team and a company. We're all here to go beyond our comfort zone to really help the company take off.
The most positive thing about the culture/environment is probably how nice everyone is and how most of us came from humble beginnings.
They need to change the CEO in order for this company to grow.
Attention to detail on work progress
Revature staff made sure that we were well prepared. They gave us all the information we needed to succeed, we just had to pick what to show, personalize it and present it.
It was done online where I can get it done anytime.
How they take time to know who the person really is
This is not a concern area.
Definitely the environment. It's friendly, but encourages self-improvement.
Knowing that we're helping people reach their full potential and accomplish their goals to move into the tech industry. It is very rewarding to see that happen while doing work that is enjoyable: the company wants to give you work that you value and are passionate about.
The happiness of everyone else
This company can be improved if they were more transparent about what the training entails so people can get more prepared before. What is provided is just the tip of the iceberg. There is plenty more that needs to be learned and done. Obviously have more support for people that are doing Training.
managment doenst communicate, expectations can be way off the realistic mark
The recent change in leadership is going to be the death of this business.
