What is provided is just the tip of the iceberg. There is plenty more that needs to be learned and done. Obviously have more support for people that are doing Training.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Better trainers, treat workers more fairly, longer training, higher pay of course. Less work hours. I work more than 80 hrs a week learning and completing projects with little to no help
