everyone believes in everyone else, and treats mistakes as mistakes, not as oppourtunities to gain credit or power. we trust each other.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
everyone from all backgrounds is made to feel welcome. the company goes out of its way to make sure that people's needs are satisfied and that people feel accomodated.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I would appreciate more transparency around the future goals of the company, but I understand such things can be sensitive. I also think that our external marketing suffers for lack of a marketing director.
