What is the best part about your compensation package?
Generous PTO and base compensation

Health insurance. Bonus at the end of the year. Office exchange (we can work from any office).

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is accepted as they are and our office feels like home.

Culture: I like that we are not micromanaged, is a very relax culture Environment: Everything moves very fast, and everybody is trying to do as much as they can in a day. In one day we can solve like 6 situations between meetings, calls,etc. But is good because you will never be bored.
We celebrate together. Work together, very little space for hiding underperformance
everyone from all backgrounds is made to feel welcome. the company goes out of its way to make sure that people's needs are satisfied and that people feel accomodated.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I would appreciate more transparency around the future goals of the company, but I understand such things can be sensitive. I also think that our external marketing suffers for lack of a marketing director.
