What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Leadership Reviews

focus on people's needs, career, workload, stress level

Review from Customer Success Dept

The new ELT needs to care about their employees and do more to maintain the existing culture at Revinate. The Equifax folks are unwelcoming, unkind, and difficult to work with. They also assume incompetence from legacy Revinate employees. They are eroding this company's culture.

Review from Engineering Dept

Setting the tone at work better. Work is piled on through endless emails from the CEO which are voice typed books that have no relation to company product roadmap reality or what customers want. Please stop pressure cooking people. Listen better please - let people do the jobs they are hired for.

Review from Marketing Dept

Stop the nepotism in hiring and promotions. Most of management is from Trulia. Decisions are made in a silo. Management doesn't listen to the employees - fake culture.

Review from Engineering Dept

Everything. All executives are extremely disorganized, and do not care for the wellbeing of employees.

Review from Marketing Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation Reviews

During the interview process, I was informed that my basic will increase if i hit my first quarter's target. I exceeded target but basic still remains the same.

Review from Customer Success Dept

It mainly concerns the compensation not being in line with the cost of living in the Netherlands.

Review from Customer Support Dept

I have a very mediocre salary for my experience level. It is not competitive and I do not see growth opportunities.

Review from Marketing Dept

I wish my starting salary would have been higher, it was a little tough to push during negotiations, but the benefits of the company (and 4.5 day work week) are what ultimately helped come to agreement and take the starting salary.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Compared to other salaries in the industry, ours is below average for base pay

Review from Sales Dept

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Team Reviews

CEO is late to every single meeting. Extremely unprofessional. Maybe if he actually showed up.

Review from Marketing Dept

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Environment Reviews

Recognize its the employees that do the work, managers just delegate and show up late for meetings then derails the process. Meeting hijack!

Review from Engineering Dept

Executives need to actually be around, not going to Yoga in the middle of the day. No transparency.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Outlook Reviews

too stressful, a lot of processes that often lead to messiness rather than clarity, leadership team detached from the daily tasks, struggle and events

Review from Customer Success Dept

I have said it several times here already. My manager needs empathy and leadership training. His top down attitude + tone, falseness, inability to get a pulse of team is feeling is staggeringly high. Add to that he does not know/have expertise in the field and depends on Google for industry report

Review from Marketing Dept

Covid-19 hit - the entire hospitality industry has taken a hit. Revinate is near the bottom of the sector with software that is a luxury for hoteliers. The airline industry needs to recover then the hotels need to recover, and after all that then hoteliers may consider Revinate's software.

Review from Engineering Dept

Disorganized, unprofessional, and disrespectful company. No way they'll hit the $100ARR goal they have.
