What do you like best about the leadership team?
The are passionate about the message and work that we do.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listen to your workforce and your customers more than you listen to the board/investors.
Let go. They have run the company into financial distress. Let the new people you bring in tell you how to do it, not the other way around.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Dental, vision and great health care. Disability and maternity leave.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay is well below average. A military-focused conpany should recognize Veterans day as a holiday.
Not paid enough to deal with the unrealistic expectations
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all love our job and get along. We stay late if needed and always come in early on hard or busy days. We don't leave until everyone has been helped.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Too many meetings. The only time to actually get work done is outside of normal working hours.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The passion and drive everyone has.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Leadership refuses to listen to its employees. You also can't keep firing everyone and not hire replacements.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I interviewed with multiple people which made me feel like they really took the hiring process seriously.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Way too many interviews. One or two should be all that is needed.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am working for a company that helps people like my father who serve our country.
