Let go. They have run the company into financial distress. Let the new people you bring in tell you how to do it, not the other way around.

Communication, teamwork, collaboration. Don’t kiss up to the boss and throw everyone else under the bus to make yourself look go
Too many meetings. The only time to actually get work done is outside of normal working hours.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Leadership refuses to listen to its employees. You also can't keep firing everyone and not hire replacements.

Way too many interviews. One or two should be all that is needed.
