What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very Smart! Our CEO and partners are brilliant and focused on what is best for the future of RevJet.
Experienced folks who have built successful companies before. Big vision, mostly upbeat. They don't seem to get phased by small stuff.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Respect, honesty, celebrating success, participating in "owning" losses and failures.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is inline with the market and where I expect to be.

Culture starts at the top so co-worker attitudes are a reflection of leaders behavior
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have an outstanding Office Manager who makes it a priority to keep employees content. She is contagious and it has made a huge difference in our office & culture.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Honest transparency, a sense of unified direction, lots less politics
Only need to grow customer base which is already happening at a more rapid pace
