Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was yelled at and put down in front of fellow co workers fornot training a new person on my 5th day of work and now i am being told that my hours were not counted and i won't be getting paidforwork i did
I feel like what I do for them to meet the customers needs isn't something that they can just replace easily
I feel like I have a ceiling where I'm at now. No room left for me to go from my position.
