James A. DePalma — Chief Financial Officer and Director at Revolution Lighting Technologies

Mr. James A. DePalma, also known as Jim, is a Partner of L-1 Investment Partners, LLC. Mr. DePalma has been the Chief Financial Officer of Revolution Lighting Technologies, Inc. since July 10, 2015. He has three decades of operational and finance experience in the defense and technology industries to his role within L-1 Investment Partners. Mr. DePalma served as a Consultant to L-3 Communications and served as the Chief Executive Officer at Core Software Technologies. Mr. DePalma served as the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Treasurer of MorphoTrust USA, Inc. since August 29, 2006. Before joining Core and L-3 in 2001, he served a number of executive positions at Westinghouse Electric Corporation and its successor companies CBS Inc. and Viacom International in the areas of operations, mergers, acquisitions and divestures and finance. During Mr. DePalma's tenure at Westinghouse, between 1995 and 2001, the overall market capitalization grew from $3 billion to over $50 billion. He began his business career in the New York office of Coopers and Lybrand (currently PricewaterhouseCoopers) in 1973 and advanced to the position of a Senior Partner, spending 22 years with Coopers and Lybrand. Mr. DePalma primarily focused on companies in defense and communications, specializing in business controls and processes, operations consulting and corporate transactions like mergers, acquisitions and divestures. Mr. DePalma has been a Director of Revolution Lighting Technologies, Inc. since September 25, 2012. He serves as a Director of Core Software Technologies, AFIX Technologies and of ImageSat International. Previously, he served as a Director at CBS MarketWatch. Mr. DePalma is a magna cum laude Graduate of Bentley College.
