I love puzzles. And, in my role particularly, I'm constantly striving to solve complex puzzles. Therefore, I get to help others and better myself at the same time.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Acceptance. Revolution Prep often has open dialogues about what's working and what isn't. Both in a business sense, but culture, too. Even politically! I often have deep philosophical conversations with leadership and co-workers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Culture. Revolution Prep is about gathering smart people who have unique situations and putting them in the same room to see what happens. I feel like some of my best friends/favorite people are within this company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team I work with, key word there: work WITH. They are incredibly open to feedback and, truly, finding the best way to go about any situation. It feels great to be working so closely with smart people. The leadership really values intelligence and innovation.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Let me put it to you this way; another company offered me more money to work for them doing practically the same thing I do for Revolution Prep. I brought it to my manager's attention, and they offered to raise me to that salary just to keep me with the company! Simply incredible.
