My base salary basically thats it
Amazing benefit plan need work of getting direct deposit done correctly
The pay check was above average for a senior level IT guy.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Increased pay, included in reward programs that wvery other positions seems to be eligible
Better leadership, more communication and more importantly stop discrimination in the work inviorment.
Better benefit also increase on wages cost of living went up

Team is good and tries to help each other

Too much favoritism and no equal opportunity
They're underpaid and overworked there's not enough workers so they create mandatory overtime which Burns out the people that are dependable there smart strategy
All Reyes Holdings cares about is making money. Nothing else matters.

Mid level management is horrible. Retention is a huge problem. Place is a revolving door.
I suggest new team management they all so comfortable they have horrible leaders

Gave up all customer service and got rid of all bonuses the employees received prior while refusing to increas pay

They have a huge lack of communication to McDonald's 2 the managers so they can't ever have the cruise correct leave there with truck comes
