What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?We are a highly collaborative and approachable team. We truly enjoy being partners to our communities and our CEO and senior leadership team support and embrace our commitment to our people and communities.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?people who are just startimg out make very similar pay as i do and i have been there for years, i have also had a hard time getting my paper work signed in order to advance in the company
