We, as a team, are empowered to do the right thing, work on the most important stuff, focus on improving our customers' lives, and get shit done! You can actually see the value and impact that you have here!
- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Work/life balance is huge. rezStream management understands that we work to live, not the other way around. Using your vacation time is encouraged. Your work schedule can be extremely flexible and working remote is built-in and easy at rezStream.
- What are some of the best things about your team?The people at rezStream right now are the best I've ever worked with. Everyone is smart, engaged, motivated, and working in the same direction. I've never worked anywhere that has not had someone on the team that is negative/self-centered, but rezStream has that kind of team right now!
