Overall, my experience at rezStream has been great. In my time here, the company has reimagined itself and built a new cloud-based SaaS platform that we are now growing and expanding. It's been a hard road at times, but we are starting to see some of the fruits of all that labor!

Great people and fun, positive and inclusive culture.

The leadership team is small and relatively young. They are very transparent, open, and willing to work with and listen to employees' wants and needs. There have been some really positive changes in the leadership group over the last couple of years, so things are moving in the right direction.

Professional people that listen and communicate openly about the company and its plans.

For a very small company, rezStream offers a very complete and fair comp/benefits package. I could probably go get paid more at a big company, but the work environment and work/life balance here are so much better than a bigger company (in my experience) that the tradeoff is well worth it.

Salary increases are based on fair and transparent methods.

The people at rezStream right now are the best I've ever worked with. Everyone is smart, engaged, motivated, and working in the same direction. I've never worked anywhere that has not had someone on the team that is negative/self-centered, but rezStream has that kind of team right now!

Once a month staff meeting where management shares what's going on. Sprinkle in some cheers for employees, employee of the quarter drawings, and social events.

Work/life balance is huge. rezStream management understands that we work to live, not the other way around. Using your vacation time is encouraged. Your work schedule can be extremely flexible and working remote is built-in and easy at rezStream.

Company shows respect and dignity for individuals and diversity. They care about us as people.
