As President and CEO of the RG Barry Corporation, Bob Mullaney is responsible for the overall leadership and growth of RG Barry Brands and its portfolio of Dearfoams, baggallini, Columbus Product Group, Planet A and RG Barry Innovations.

Bob’s strategic vision to change the standards of comfort and sustainability through consumer focus, digital-centricity, and developing earth-first brands has positioned RG Barry Brands for exceptional growth. Under Bob’s leadership, RG Barry’s investment in digital brand management has transformed the company’s positioning, and its ecological innovation platform – driven by a groundbreaking, proprietary biodegradability IP – will accelerate current brands and create new opportunities.

Prior to RG Barry Brands, Bob was the President of IAC-owned Shoes.com that eventually sold to Walmart.com/Jet.com. As President of the Americas for The Rockport Company, Bob helped sell the Adidas-owned business to Berkshire Partners.

Bob is a member of the Board of Directors of the Footwear Distributors and Retailers of America. He is also a Board Advisor to ecommerce data management solution, Syndic8 as well as a member of Ryder Warehousing and Distribution E-Commerce Advisory Board. Additionally, Bob serves on the Board of Trustees at the Pingree School, as well as USA Women’s Field Hockey Foundation.

Bob holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Communications from Babson College and a Master of Business Administration from Bentley University.
