I was paid competitively and the PTO and insurance policies are very generous.

The collectiveness and push for individuals to grow just as much as the company is growing.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the openness and communication between all of the teams from the CEO to customer service.
What makes you most happy at work?
I know that when I come in I can collaborate and ask as many questions as I need to do my best work [and there's free snacks].
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is small and close knit and our supervisor backs us up and is attentive to our training. They are no dumb questions and everyone in the building is open to help.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that it was a two part interview meeting the people over my team and getting a very good sense of the company. I was also encouraged to think about my future with the company even at the interview level.
