Love working here and love the people. Do not love the work load and work life balance. I get tired of working 10 to 12 hours daily.

I love working for RG Barry. I just wish that we had more people. Each individuals workload is huge. Working 12+ hours a day gets very taxing. Also, get tired of beign asked to work when I am on vacation.

We work in a environment that you can openly talk with you team and share ideas

In between seasons so I am able to catch up on work that has been set aside due to the load being so large.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We continue to grow as a company and we do not hire as needed or hire where it is not needed. The work load just keeps being added but, no one is hired to help.
