Our leaders lead, but they are open-minded, humble, and they listen.

Strong benefits package that covers all major needs and things like FSA that I wouldn't normally expect at a startup.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Clear agendas, Clear requirements, Clear direction
I know it's the nature of developers to be quiet, but some way of getting people more involved/ lively would be great in dev meetings.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Trust and transparency, workers first mentality, allow me to execute the best way I see fit.
We get along and we trust each other.
There is a lot of teamwork and people seem to genuinely want the company to succeed and are willing to sacrifice to make it happen.
I can't really pick a single thing, I am just impressed at how friendly and helpful people are.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
