Dedicated, transparent, caring, driven and thoughtful.
Our leaders lead, but they are open-minded, humble, and they listen.
Open and honest. No prima donnas. No politics.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Strong benefits package that covers all major needs and things like FSA that I wouldn't normally expect at a startup.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Trust and transparency, workers first mentality, allow me to execute the best way I see fit.
We get along and we trust each other.
There is a lot of teamwork and people seem to genuinely want the company to succeed and are willing to sacrifice to make it happen.
I can't really pick a single thing, I am just impressed at how friendly and helpful people are.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Thorough but not cumbersome. Good communication with candidates. Clear expectations. Focus on diversity.

Meaningful work with good, talented people making a difference in an important industry.
