Competitive benefits package, fair to market
I used PTO when my mother was dying. Management always worked With me through that time
I'm paid fairly and above market rate, from my understanding
Rich compensation and benefits package. Several options to choose from for benefit package.
Paid comparable to others of similar positions in the outside job market. Good bonus program.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A bit more clarity on what the goals of all these changes really are. Hitting an arbitrary $10B sales target when decimating staff just doesn't cut it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are all talented and hardworking.

Collaborative, very smart, easy to work with.
Good at training new associates. Good at sharing information. Enjoy their work. Have been at Rich's a very long time.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
A vision! Anything is better than what we've gotten.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Free snacks? There are many people who strive every day to embody our stated values. Unfortunately, the executive level seems to have missed the memo.
