Jeffrey W. Hickling — CEO of Ricoh U S, President of Ricoh U S, President of IKON & COO of IKON Office Solutions at Ricoh Imaging

Mr. Jeffrey W. Hickling has been Chief Executive Officer and President of Ricoh U S at Ricoh Americas Corporation since April 2010. Mr. Hickling served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Ricoh USA, Inc. Mr. Hickling is responsible for Ricoh's direct sales and service organizations in the U.S., Ricoh Business Solutions and IKON Office Solutions, as well as its dealer network. He served as Chief Operating Officer of IKON U.S of IKON Office Solutions Inc. He served as Senior Vice President of Operations at Ikon Office Solutions Inc., from March 21, 2005 to January 24, 2008. Mr. Hickling provided leadership to Ikon Office Solutions Inc.'s customer care centers and supply chain organization. He has nearly three decades of experience with General Electric Corporation in management, operations, marketing, finance and Six Sigma roles. He held leadership positions in a number of GE business units, including Chief Operating Officer for GE Supply from 1998 to 1999, where he was responsible for all purchasing, logistics and information technology initiatives for that business. He served as General Manager of integration for GE Infrastructure since 2004 , where he led the incorporation of acquisitions for four major businesses. Mr. Hickling also served as General Manager of Electrical Components for GE Industrial Systems from 2000 to 2003. Mr. Hickling served as Director of IKON Office Solutions Inc. since October 31, 2008. He holds a Bachelor's Degree from Colgate University. He is a graduate of GE's executive development program.
