What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team are all scared to the CEO and only doing what they can to survive.
Liability waiting to happen need to follow procedure and corporate policies.
You ran this company into the ground by reducing margins and making the equipment side completely commodity driven.

They are mostly unsatisfied with the company.
Reduce office politics to open doors to new opportunities and grow company morale.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Working from home and flexible approach.
The clients were more positive than the company I worked for.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
IKON was amazing. Ricoh not only ruined both companies but destroyed the industry.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They actually asked me what I have done in the past that would be relevant to the position in question.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Change the CEO in Europe
Managers that do not follow company policies should not be protected and they should be fired.
I'm not sure it can be fixed with losses in the 90 percentile
