IKON was amazing. Ricoh not only ruined both companies but destroyed the industry.
Ricoh needs vast improvements if they do not want to end up in litigation lawsuits. They are not following policies and they are using their employees. They need to change management to more capable people.

The CEO is getting results due to the poor performance of his predecessor. As a result he has zero respect for employees.
