i feel super undervalued. I do all the work while everyone else takes the credit for it. A person sits on their phone all day and plays video games and gets paid more than me while i do all the work and get nothing
No cash for my workload.

Always strong, respectful people who are dedicated to their work.

Turnover among coworkers is insane. One minute you're training someone new, next minute they're leaving the company.
