What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone trusts you and gives you so much room to grow. If you are a goal getter, then this is the right place for you.
Open door policy--they are transparent and always available. They work side by side with the people. They always recognize success and are great business partners.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I get stocks, I get gym benefit,language classes and a motivationg flexible compensation.
We have a very comprehensive benefits package. I don't pay for my health care, I get a fitness reimbursement, and there are so many healthy snacks available all the time.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team is very diverse, friendly, helpful and so much focused on what brings value for the Business.
It's global. I get to work with people from all over the world. We make a big difference in the lives of our employees.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Flat hierarchies, open door policy, no fingerpointing
We are one team even though we have offices in three countries. We help each other and encourage each other. Entrepreneurship is encouraged, and we all think big for take the company as far as we cana.
