Mr. Gregory J. Owens, also known as Greg, has been Group President of New Sectors & Ventures of Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers Incorporated., since May 31, 2017. Mr. Owens served as Chief Executive Officer of IronPlanet, Inc. since August 1, 2007. Mr. Owens was responsible for IronPlanet's development, refinement and execution of IronPlanet, Inc.'s overall business strategy and tactics. Mr. Owens served as the Managing Director of Red Zone Capital Management Co., L.L.C. (formerly, RedZone Capital). He served as Chief Executive Officer of Manugistics Group, Inc. since April 1999 and served as its President from June 2002 to June 23, 2003. From 1993 to 1999, he served as Managing Partner of Logistics and Planning, as well as Managing Partner of Global Supply Chain Management, at Andersen Consulting (Accenture). From June 1990 to April 1999, Mr. Owens was employed by Accenture LLP (Accenture plc), a management consulting, firm in various roles including Global Managing Partner. He serves as President's Advisory Board as well as the College of Management Board. He has been the Chairman of IronPlanet, Inc. since August 1, 2007. He served as Chairman of Manugistics Group, Inc. since February 2001 and served as its Director from April 1999 to April 2005. He has been a Director of PRGX Global, Inc. since March 16, 2015. He has been a Director of 3VR, Inc. since August 21, 2012. He has been Member of the Advisory Board at Chainalytics LLC since September 2006. He serves as Director of Xeeva, Inc. He served as a Director of S1 Corporation since January 2003. He served as Director of Guardian Analytics, Inc. He served as a Director of SecureWorks, Inc. He served as a Director of SERENA Software, Inc. since March 2002 and Dell SecureWorks, Inc. Mr. Owens holds a B.S. in industrial management from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
