  • There are two ways to redeem your hard-earned points on Ritual:

    1. Take advantage of our "Exclusive Perks": You can save on select items in exchange for points at participating locations. Search "Perks" to find Exclusive Perks near you and remember to toggle on the Perk before adding the item to your checkout cart to redeem the exclusive offer.

    2. Turn your points into credits: Every 10,000 points can be redeemed for Ritual credits! In-app, head to the "Rewards" tab and tap "Redeem." You'll see your point and credit balances update immediately, like magic!

  • To place an order, please follow the steps below:1. Find the restaurant: Tap the restaurants name to open the menu, then select the items you'd like to order and add them to your cart by clicking Add to cart.2. Place the order: Once you have everything youd like to order in your cart, click Place Order. We'll send the order to the restaurant and then they will tell us how long it will take to prepare the order. We'll let you know what time it will be ready, and when you should start walking over.*If restaurants are busy, they may say that the order will take longer than normal. However, this will usually change dynamically throughout the day, in the time listed in your checkout cart.When you're picking up from a restaurant for the first time, we'll send you an SMS message with pickup instructions as each restaurant is different. You can also find these details in-app under the "Order In Progress" banner > "Map."Typically, you'll be able to spot the Ritual pickup area by looking for our Ritual sign. If there is ever a case where it is unclear on where to pick up your order, please ask the staff working at the restaurant and they should be able to help you.

  • We try our best to ensure that Ritual signage is available and easy to locate. Restaurants using Ritual have a designated pickup area for their orders, and these areas are usually marked with a teal Ritual sign. Please let us know if signage is missing in the restaurant, or if you encountered a different issue with the store or staff. If you cannot find your order, please ask a staff member in store to assist you further with locating your order.

  • Please confirm on your order receipt that this promo code was not applied to your order. In the Ritual app, head to the "More" tab > click "Past Orders" > click "Receipt." Once you have confirmed that the promo code was not applied, please provide us with the promo code you were trying to use and we will determine if your order is eligible for the promotion.*Please note that a user is only eligible to redeem a promo code if they have not previously redeemed a promo code.

  • One of the benefits of Ritual is that orders are prepared immediately after being accepted. For this reason, orders often cannot be canceled, as the restaurant has been notified and has started preparing the food.In the event of an emergency, to cancel an order, please contact the restaurant directly and immediately inform them that you no longer want the order. Afteryou'vecontacted the restaurant and theyve agreed to not make your food, please let us know.

  • Ritual provides flexible, easy-to-manage meal programs for offices of all sizes. Our Corporate Credit Program allows your employees to try plenty of nearby restaurants, eat on their own schedule, and even order as a team and enjoy their food together if they would like!

    To start, employers set a daily budget and a schedule (eg. Monday - Friday at 6 pm) for participating employees. Employers will not be charged for any unused credits by employees, and any overage spent by employees will be charged directly to employees default payment on file. Employers will receive an invoice (weekly, bi-weekly or monthly) with details of each transaction for easy record keeping.

  • In-app, you now have the option to opt-out of using GPS location with the Ritual app.However, in doing so, you lose access to real-time knowledge of your location, so that we may provide you with the most accurate walking distance times, map directions to your Ritual order, and the best deals in your current area.To disable, or re-enable your GPS location services for Ritual, please head to your phone's location service settings and select the best option for you.

  • Our system requires you to set up your account with a valid credit card before placing your first order, even when using Apple Pay, Google Pay or Ritual credits at checkout. Not to worry - you can still pay with credits on your first order, and your credit card will only be charged if your order total is more than the amount of your credits.Do you need to add or update your payment information?Head in-app to the "More" tab > click "Payment" > click "Add Payment Method."

  • In the Ritual app, you can change your payment method directly in your order checkout cart by scrolling to the payment type section and clicking 'Change'. Choose the card you'd like to charge for this order or add a new one!If you would like to change the credit card that was used for a past order, please ensure the card you want to charge is already in your account. Then, please contact us and provide the last 4 digits of the card. Please note, at this time we are unable to change payments affiliated with Apple Pay. We're sorry for any inconvenience here.

  • To join your coworkers on Ritual, head in-app to the "My Team" tab, scroll to the bottom and select "None of these are my company", and then search for your company name. You will then be added to this Piggyback company team within 1-2 business days. If you cannot find your company, please select the option "My company is not on Ritual" and fill out the required information to have a Piggyback company team created for your workplace.If you would no longer like to be a part of your current Piggyback company team, please head in-app to the "My Team" tab, click the settings icon, and click "Disable Piggyback"

These promotions are catered in a way to make it easier for all users to enhance their earnings over time; therefore, the promotions available to you may vary from time to time and may differ from another friend's account. Please check your homecard, "Just for You" for all the deals that are currently available to you. Please note that Ritual offers are limited to one redemption per day, once per location. You may be required to exchange points to redeem offers, and offers are subject to change.

  • There are several ways to earn and redeem points on Ritual.

    1. Place an order: All Ritual users automatically receive points for all orders made on the Ritual app.

    2. Earn Elite Status: If you make at least 8 orders in the month, you can unlock Elite Status and automatically receive 1.5x the points on all orders in the Ritual app for the rest of the month, and the following month.

    3. Earn+ Rewards: Search "Earn+" in the Ritual app to earn up to 25x the points on every second order with select restaurants that are part of our Earn+ program.

    4. Be the office hero: Earn a bonus of up to 1500 points on every Piggyback order that you offer to host and bring back for your teammates. Each order you Piggyback and bring back for your teammates is worth 500 points each.

    5. Refer a friend: Refer a friend through the Ritual app to earn a bonus, and we'll give them a welcome gift too!

    6. Order from a new spot: Try a new spot and receive 100 bonus points.

    7. Save your favorite spots: Save at least 5 of your favorite spots using the heart icon in the Ritual app and receive a bonus 500 points.

    8. Eat well: Search "Wellness" in the Ritual app and receive 5x the points on these select healthy purchases.

    9. Report incorrect menu info: Earn 1000 points if you're correct!

    10. Subscribe to our email newsletter: We see surprise bonus points in your future.

  • At checkout, selectiDEAL or Giropay and then select "ORDER NOW." You will be automatically redirected to your bank, and then returned to the Ritual app once your payment has been authorized.

    During that process the bank will authorize a transaction in real-time, removing the money from your account and into the merchants account.

    In the instance your order is not successful, your charge will not be captured and the funds will be returned to your account.

  • Exclusive Perks are discounted menu items at select restaurant partners available exclusively through Ritual.You can redeem these perks in exchange for points. Perks are often only available to users on their first time ordering from a restaurant, so make sure to take advantage of these while you can!We do not automatically apply Exclusive perk offers to items, as some customers do not wish to use their points. If you intend to use a perk, please click the toggle at the bottom of the screen before placing your order to ensure you will receive the offer!Search Perks in the app to view a list of nearby offers available to you!

  • Please ensure that your referral code was properly applied to your friend's account by having them head in-app to the "More" tab and selecting "Promo Code." If your friend cannot see your code in their account and they have not yet made their first purchase, please have them add your code to their account. A friendly reminder that once your code has been successfully added you will receive your referral bonus once your friend makes their next order!

    If your friend has already made their first purchase, please contact us and provide us with your friend's email address and phone number associated with their Ritual account, and we'll look into resolving this issue for you.

    Note: Find your unique referral code to send to friends in the Ritual app by heading to the "More" tab click "Refer a Friend & Earn" Find your name and number combination in the text box at the bottom. Eg. "RITUAL12345."

With Ritual, ordering and picking up takeout is effortless, and the best part is, there are never any additional fees! Ritual is pickup only, but our Piggyback feature lets you either pick up orders for your teammates as a host or join your teammates' orders as a guest. Click the "My Team" tab in-app to learn more.If you are unable to pick up your order because you were expecting delivery, please call the restaurant directly and immediately inform them that you would like to cancel the order.   • Ritual has multiple available payment options:

    Credit Card

    Ritual accepts most major credit cards and credit debit cards. Add your card by selecting the More tab > click Payment > click Add a card or add your card at checkout.

    Apple Pay and Google Pay

    Add Apple Pay or Google Pay to your Ritual account in-app by selecting the More tab > click Payment > click Apple Pay or Google Pay. Then, ensure your choice is selected at checkout.

    iDEAL

    At checkout, select iDEAL, then select ORDER NOW. You will be automatically redirected to your bank, and then returned to the Ritual app when your payment has been authorized. Please note that iDEAL is only available in Europe.

    Giropay

    At checkout, select Giropay, then select ORDER NOW. You will be redirected to your bank and then returned to the Ritual app when your payment has been authorized. Please note that Giropay is only available in Europe.

  • Ritual offers the option to pay via credit card directly in-app, or with credit cards via Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

    Apple Pay is a quick and easy way to pay for orders on Ritual through your iOS device. You can add your Apple Pay Wallet to your Ritual account in-app by selecting "More" "Payment."

    Unfortunately, Apple Pay does not currently support debit card purchases within an application. If you're having trouble adding your credit card via Apple Pay to Ritual, please contact us and indicate the type of card in your Apple Pay wallet.

    Please note, the total charge through Ritual is sent to Apple Pay by your bank and may initially appear to be different. However, if you check your online banking statement once the payment is charged to your card, you will see the correct amount reflected.

  • If you make at least 8 orders in 1 month, you can unlock Ritual Elite status and automatically receive 1.5x the points on all orders in the Ritual app for the rest of the month, and the following month.

    To maintain Ritual Elite status going forward, you need to make at least 8 orders per month. Find your Ritual status in the app on the blue card, under "Rewards" > "Redeem."

    Ritual Elite members also get early access to restaurants that are new to Ritual (Ritual FirstTaste Partners), where you will receive 5x the points on all orders at select locations, bonus points, and Ritual exclusives such as secret menus, member-only events, and more!
