What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have a great benefits package and haven't had a premium increase in 10 years.
We have a very solid benefits package. For a smaller company, we are competitive with much larger organizations. We have a very generous PTO policy, great medical coverage and our premiums haven't increased in over 10 years.
The benefits are awesome. Great insurance, unlimited PTO, and fun perks.

Silkroad, like most other companies, has disproportionately male management. The higher you look the worse it is. Female leaders no matter how worthy don't get promoted, so they leave eventually. They hired several women from outside but internal promotion is non-existent.

Health benefits are really good, at a low cost to the employee.
