They are open to feedback and ideas from everyone in the company. They truly mean it when they say to come talk to them about anything.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have a great benefits package and haven't had a premium increase in 10 years.
We have a very solid benefits package. For a smaller company, we are competitive with much larger organizations. We have a very generous PTO policy, great medical coverage and our premiums haven't increased in over 10 years.

We have each other's backs!
We have worked together for many years and I know they have my back.
Everyone is always willing to jump in and assist each other. They hold themselves accountable and we all have each other's backs!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The fact that it is recognized that not everyone performs well in a standard 8-5 schedule. They trust that the employees will get their work done in a timely and efficient manager without micromanagement.
The flexibility offered and that management trusts employees to get the work done how and where the employees see fit.

What did you like most about the interview process?
It was well organized and streamlined.
That I got to meet with team members during the interview. Getting to talk to those I'd be working with every day helped me make my decision to accept the offer!
I was able to meet with a peer, a manager, and a senior leader. This allowed me to get different perspectives from different levels of the organization which helped me decide if SilkRoad Technology was a good fit.
