it's fair for the skills I possess
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I see similar jobs posted for salaries that are 20-50% more than what I make. A raise would help.
need more vacation time as the work hours are averaging 11 - 13 hrs a day
What are some of the best things about your team?
We seem to get stuff done.
