What do you like best about the leadership team?Motivated and committed to working hard. I'm always impressed how they are thinking 20 steps ahead like a 5-dimensional chess game.
What is the best part about your compensation package? We have a relatively affordable benefits package but I appreciate all of the additional fringe benefits that really add up. Lots of Holiday and Vacation pay, Office perks, Professional Development, Holiday Parties/Culture Commitee, etc.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Optimistic, almost to a fault. We tend to gloss over problems and failures and there is a lack of candor for fear of hurt feelings.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?No real plans to raise the skills for existing EEs. We are always so rushed that there is little time for professional development.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Validating the people they put their trust in, and empowering their people to be a part of the decision-making process.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Until we care more about our users and actual impact on those users than aesthetics and money, the company's future is unknown.
We create content, products, and experiences to help individuals pursue fulfilling careers.
