- What do you like best about the leadership team?Motivated and committed to working hard. I'm always impressed how they are thinking 20 steps ahead like a 5-dimensional chess game.
- What is the best part about your compensation package?We have a relatively affordable benefits package but I appreciate all of the additional fringe benefits that really add up. Lots of Holiday and Vacation pay, Office perks, Professional Development, Holiday Parties/Culture Commitee, etc.
- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Optimistic, almost to a fault. We tend to gloss over problems and failures and there is a lack of candor for fear of hurt feelings.
