Open door policy without repercussion.

Need to get rid of biased favoritism. We’re there to work, not socialize
What is the best part about your compensation package?
it is rising in good number
insurance and retirement pension programs
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a woman, I was not given the opportunity to advance as much as men. I also was qualified to operate a machine for a long time & was not paid as much as the other operator. When I knew more.
I feel undervauled because I do so much work everyday and notice other woman, mainly black, barely do anything and get paid equal or more then I do when we have the same position
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Too much talking & gossiping about others. Lazy workers. Not enough hard workers.
Need to be handled more strictly or else they leave all the work to someone else that actually doesn’t wanna have to stay for overtime
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
we strive for adversity training

No more favoritism and apply rules more

Only want to move current employees around. Doesn’t give room for new employees to grow or move up unless you already worked

Surpassing goals that are optimistic.
