Committed, engaged, very supportive, highly energetic

They need to learn how to beckme better leaders. The guy running the appliance division is comically bad.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
No raises year after years put employees behind market compensation levels, all while the company made gobs of profit. Shameful leadership.

Only a coulpe of the good ones are left.
