What should I wear for an interview at ROBLOX?

Clean and comfortable clothes. If you have classy clothes that are also clean and comfortable, feel free to wear those. The CEO literally wears jeans and a Roblox t-shirt most days. Your interviewers will be wearing anything from sweat pants to jeans to slacks to summer dresses. T-shirts to blouses. Flip-flops to heels to leather dress shoes. (yes I have seen interviewers wear every one of those things) You're going to be nervously sweating in a room for like 4 hours, don't wear clothes that make it worse. Clean, comfortable and possibly classy.

What's the pay like for Engineering roles at ROBLOX?
Pretty good, but not top-tier. I'd estimate around 80th percentile within the industry.
Solid. Roblox is an organization led by & driven by engineers, so they do care about salary. I wouldn't say it's "Google good", but it's definitely in the top quartile.
What's the Engineering team like at ROBLOX?
Highly disorganized with a lot of legacy tech. Everyone knows things are bad, but little is being done about it. Mostly good people bound by bad process and tooling.
It's a high quality team servicing a tremendously high number of users per engineer. There's a very high quality bar and that bar is being maintained because Roblox is a company that really values long-term sustainability.
